Lexella had of course quickly fled the Den when she caught wind that a coven had been killed, leaving a poor defenseless infant witch in New York. She knew what it was like to be new and alone, of course this was just a helpless baby. She had to go find it, she'd bring it back to the Den where someone, probably her, would look after it. Her search and rescue mission wasn't going to be easy. Obviously if the witches were taken down there was a hunter near by, and the baby wouldn't be in plain site.
She'd been staying in a hotel near Albany, only the nicest for her. Stolen credit cards were fairly easy to come by in the Den. Did she like it? No. Would she use them? Of course.
A hunt was in order before she'd head back to her hotel. Albany being a fairly big city didn't leave much livestock, so she took to the road. After about an hour of searching she'd finally stumbled on a farm. There were a few large cows and a few horses. Cow blood was the least repulsive, so she settled for the large white and black cow on the far side of the fence. Far enough away from the house to not wake anyone from their sleep.
Her black leggings, and black long sleeve shirt helped her blend into the night. Long legs carried her quickly to the animal. She could hear the blood rushing through its veins. The warmth of its body under her touch as she quickly sank her fangs into its neck. Cow blood was no where near the taste of human blood. Human blood was a steak, cow blood a meatloaf. It would satisfy her hunger though, and she didn't have to hurt anyone. Except poor Bessie here.
Once the blood was sufficiently drained, Lex quickly drug the body out of the fence, and hid it in the forest near by. Using a one of the dark clothes she kept tucked into her leather jacket pocket, she wiped the blood from her mouth and surrounding areas and made her way back to the hotel.
Tomorrow she'd set out to find the baby, there was no way a witch coven was hiding their newest member anywhere a hunter could find it. Which oddly enough calmed her nerves. A hunter was the last thing she needed, the first being a drink.
After arriving back at her hotel, Lexella slipped down to the bar for quick drink. The place was pretty packed, the only spot was a stool at the bar, next to a very attractive man. Lex put on her nicest smile and approached him. "Seat taken?" She asked, her tone as genuinely sweet as she could get it.

Blood swam in front of his vision, blurring with the bar he sat in. Reality and his memories mixed uncomfortably. Remington just couldn't get the image of the teenager out of his mind. The poor girl had been torn apart by some vamps. He wasn't in time to save her. The vampire clan had ravaged, feed from, and then tore her body apart. It was too gruesome for him to linger on but he couldn't get the girl's twisted and mangled body out of his head. It haunted him, really. He knew this was one of those cases he knew would stay with him for the rest of his life. If he could have just gotten there in time, he could have saved her.
Remington sighed and shook off the memories, nodding to the bartender who promptly laid down another scotch in front of him. His strong fingers wrapped 'round the glass and he pressed his lips to it, taking a long drink from the glass. He sighed and set it back down on the bar, hand running through his dark hair. His emerald eyes didn't look away from the caramel colored liquid until he heard a heart-achingly sweet voice sound from beside him. He raised his handsome face to look at the beauty that sat down beside him. Remington was grateful for the distraction especially one so gorgeous. She was almost unnaturally pretty.
"Go for it." Rem offered the woman a smile, taking her in. They was an innocence about her almost, something sweet and kind. But underneath that, a sense of something deadly. Kind of like a pill that eased the pain but lead way to the addiction. Remington couldn't take his eyes off of her. Hell, if she was the addiction, he'd happily be a junky. "My name is Remington. Yes, like the gun." He shot her a crooked grin, answering the question everyone asked before she could ask it.
"And you are?" He asked pleasantly, making a motion towards the bartender to bring the woman whatever drink she wanted. Drinks were on him. He took a glance at his stolen credit card and grinned internally. Or rather, drink were on Dean Winchester. Poor sucker.

Lexella climbed onto the seat, her long legs dangling almost touching the ground. Elbows rested on the bar, cheek resting on her fist as she looked to the man. Remington, hmm interesting. He was a looker that was no secret, she couldn't help but get the feeling that he'd been through some shit in his day. Her dark purple lips still giving him a heartbreakingly sweet smile. Large doe eyes scanning his worn face. She had to play nice, he was too, broken.
The caramel colored drink was set in front of her, a kind smile shot to the bartender before she took a sip. Had it been her first drink it would have burned, but she was experienced in the drinking game. "Remington, aye?" She said softly, her gaze still stuck to the man. Her long chocolate hair cascading over her shoulder, long body now turned towards the man as well.
"I'm Lexella, but you can call me Lex." She adds before chugging back her drink. "What brings you here?" She asks, her fingers tapping on the cool wood of the bar. She wanted to know this man, not just because he was extremely attractive, but if he was kind enough to buy drinks for her, he was worth knowing.
